Short Artist Bio
Dubbs began rapping at the age of ten, and writing songs at the age of 12, filling countless notebooks over the years with songs and lyrics from his personal life experiences to those around him. Born in Riverside, California, he was raised in a family full of musical influences and as a child going along on band rehearsals knew that he wanted to write, sing, rap and produce music. When his uncle introduced him to his first beat machine, he spent an entire summer in his room honing his production skills.
His love of all forms and types of music extends his talents to produce, write and perform in such a variety of musical genres, he in fact considers his work as fitting into “no genre”. From Hip Hop and R&B to Pop and Rock, Dubbs delves into all genres to create conscious music with a feel good, positive vibe. His drive to continuously develop his God-given musical talents is endless, and has become a creative force over the years who taps into the soul of music, grasps its very essence and presents it to the world in his own unique voice, sound and written word.
